The Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT), in collaboration with Quick Heal Technologies Limited, has launched IBCART 3.0 (Indian Bank Center for Analysis of Risks and Threats). This upgraded platform is designed to address the evolving cybersecurity challenges in the banking and financial services sector.

Building on its predecessors, IBCART 1.0 (2014) and IBCART 2.0 (2021), the latest version introduces advanced security controls, including digital signature-based access mechanisms. It also offers curated and contextual threat intelligence, classified with risk scores tailored for the banking sector.

The collaboration with Seqrite Labs of Quick Heal aims to enhance innovation in cybersecurity by integrating emerging tools like artificial intelligence. This partnership underscores IDRBT's commitment to empowering financial institutions with proactive risk mitigation strategies.

The revamped platform is expected to provide broader reach and use cases, ensuring robust defenses against cyber threats in an increasingly digital banking ecosystem.
